Intérêts de recherche actuels

Je suis principalement intéressé par l'application des techniques d'inférence statistique et de sélection de modèle à des problèmes impliquant des données longitudinales (biologie, santé, génie, feux de forêts, actuariat), des temps d’événements (génie, biostatistique, actuariat), et par la modélisation de la distribution du montant des sinistres (actuariat, modèles de garanties). Je m’intéresse tout particulièrement aux façons de mettre ces méthodes en œuvre en présence de données massives ou complexes. Je suis membre du Centre de recherche en données massives de l’Université Laval et du Laboratoire de statistique du Centre de recherches mathématiques.
